Q1 2025 Advisory Board Welcomes
This quarter, we are thrilled to welcome two distinguished leaders to our Advisory Board: Greg Rogers and Mayur Nagpure.
Greg Rogers
Greg is a strategic cybersecurity leader with extensive experience in IT security, risk management, and business enablement. He brings a business-first approach to security, ensuring that cybersecurity strategy aligns with enterprise goals while effectively managing risk.
As the U.S. CISO of a Fortune 200 global financial institution, Greg led regulatory compliance initiatives, built and matured the security team, and developed a standards-based security program to safeguard critical financial services, including life insurance, reinsurance, investment portfolio management, and pension risk transfer.
Before his role in the financial sector, Greg spent 15 years as a contractor with the U.S. Department of Defense, specializing in information security, cyber risk management, and the protection of mission-critical systems.
Most recently, Greg was appointed by the Governor of Maryland as the State CISO, where he is driving state-wide cybersecurity maturity, aligning security initiatives with legislative priorities, and strengthening cyber resilience across Maryland’s public sector.
Mayur Nagpure
Mayur is a technology and cybersecurity leader with over 19 years of experience spanning IT, law firms, and SaaS businesses. Known for his high standards in project delivery, he prioritizes minimizing business disruptions while ensuring seamless execution.
A visionary leader with a passion for innovation, Mayur has a proven track record of developing and executing successful business IT and cybersecurity strategies. His expertise in balancing risk, security, and operational efficiency makes him a vital addition to our board.
